Bradbury Outreach Services (BOS) offer a full and comprehensive Domiciliary Care and Outreach Service for individuals with learning & physical disabilities, mental health needs and people who are unwell or have just been discharged from hospital and are having difficulty living independently at home.
As part of the Bradbury House Group the directors of Bradbury Outreach Services have over 20 years’ experience of running a large, successful social care organisation. Bradbury Outreach Services started in 2012 and to date support a number of service users both private and from local authorities in the South West.
We aim to provide the best possible service by recruiting highly trained support staff who have received real hands-on experience of working in residential homes owned by one of the south west’s leading care providers, Bradbury House.
This makes us unique. Alongside the basic training offered by most providers our staff are skilled at managing challenging behaviours and have a full understanding of best practice with regards to safeguarding, mental capacity, DOLS and person-centred planning.
