At Bradbury Outreach Services we ensure all of our staff have hands-on experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complete challenging behaviours. An experienced and trained consultant will visit your establishment, to assess your needs and staffing requirements; enabling Bradbury Outreach Services to assign a support worker that matches your requirements. Your consultant will be on hand to support you and all staffing needs and will hold regular reviews with you regarding the service you receive.
