All staff partake in a training programme which is second to none, ensuring the highest level of training possible before being sent out on assignment. Bradbury Outreach Services operate an intensive induction training and supervision programme.
All our employees will arrive for assignment having complete all Induction, including the care certificate and basic training, with a fully completed First Adult Check and Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check.
Bradbury Outreach Services in in a unique position, one which enables us to access a wealth of high quality training by tapping into the Bradbury House Group.
We recognise the investment in our staff naturally results in a higher quality of care provided to our clients and the individuals we support. The Bradbury House Group have a full time Training manager who has vast experience in the care industry including the set-up and management of residential and domiciliary services.

- Physical Intervention Training (this meets the BILD code of practice)
- Safeguarding Adults Training
- Autism Awareness Training
- Mental Capacity & DOLS training
- Mental Health Awareness in Learning Disabilities
- Management & Health & Safety training are also provided.
We also enlist the support of external specialists for in-depth training when the need is identified.
